{"id":67100,"date":"2026-08-31T09:47:49","date_gmt":"2026-08-31T12:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=67100"},"modified":"2026-08-31T09:48:13","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T12:48:13","slug":"receita-federal-e-cgibs-publicam-norma-que-estabelece-dispensas-para-o-nanoempreendedor-na-reforma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/08\/31\/receita-federal-e-cgibs-publicam-norma-que-estabelece-dispensas-para-o-nanoempreendedor-na-reforma\/","title":{"rendered":"RECEITA FEDERAL E CGIBS PUBLICAM NORMA QUE ESTABELECE DISPENSAS PARA O NANOEMPREENDEDOR NA REFORMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Medida n\u00e3o se aplica ao nanoempreendedor que optar pelo regime regular do IBS e da CBS, conforme previsto na LC 214\/25.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Receita Federal do Brasil e o Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS publicaram o Ato Conjunto RFB\/CGIBS n\u00ba 6, de 28 de agosto de 2026, que estabelece importantes dispensas para o nanoempreendedor no \u00e2mbito do IBS e da CBS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nos termos do Ato, o nanoempreendedor fica dispensado da obrigatoriedade de:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2013 inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no cadastro com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica, mediante inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no CNPJ;
