DOU 1 de 21.07.2026<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria Normativa PGF n\u00ba 97\/2026 estabeleceu normas complementares \u00e0 Portaria Normativa AGU n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>213\/2026<\/strong>, que disp\u00f5e sobre a transa\u00e7\u00e3o por ades\u00e3o no contencioso de relevante e disseminada controv\u00e9rsia jur\u00eddica de que trata o Cap\u00edtulo III da Lei n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>13.988\/2020<\/strong>\u00a0, na cobran\u00e7a de cr\u00e9ditos inscritos na d\u00edvida ativa das autarquias e funda\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas federais, dispondo, entre outros aspectos, sobre:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) os procedimentos para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do edital de transa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) o processamento das transa\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) o procedimento de rescis\u00e3o da transa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) a compet\u00eancia de \u00f3rg\u00e3os e equipes da Procuradoria-Geral Federal (PGF);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria Normativa PGF\/AGU n\u00ba\u00a0<strong>97\/2026<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;
