O texto est\u00e1 em an\u00e1lise na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hoje, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.camara.gov.br\/legin\/fed\/lei\/1995\/lei-9250-26-dezembro-1995-362566-norma-pl.html\">Lei 9.250\/95<\/a>\u00a0permite a dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 R$ 3.561,50 para gastos com educa\u00e7\u00e3o do contribuinte e de seus dependentes. O valor \u00e9 o mesmo desde 2015 e abrange o ensino formal, do infantil ao superior, inclusive t\u00e9cnico e tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conforme a proposta, a dedu\u00e7\u00e3o dos gastos com educa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 ilimitada para os contribuintes com renda familiar de at\u00e9 R$ 15 mil e limitada a 60% do IR devido. Al\u00e9m do ensino formal, o texto inclui os gastos com material escolar obrigat\u00f3rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cO modelo vigente, ao fixar limites r\u00edgidos para despesas com educa\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o reflete a realidade econ\u00f4mica das fam\u00edlias nem considera as desigualdades sociais existentes\u201d, disse a autora da proposta, deputada Caroline de Toni (PL-SC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos passos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto ser\u00e1 analisado em car\u00e1ter conclusivo pelas comiss\u00f5es de Finan\u00e7as e Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o; e de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e de Cidadania.
