Receita Federal esclareceu nesta 3\u00aa feira (5.mai.2026) que o\u00a0<strong>Painel Receita<\/strong>\u00a0n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 expor, identificar ou compartilhar dados individualizados de outras empresas.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo o Fisco, o sistema permitir\u00e1 que cada empresa visualize e analise exclusivamente os seus pr\u00f3prios indicadores, fazendo compara\u00e7\u00f5es apenas com dados estat\u00edsticos agregados do setor econ\u00f4mico a que pertence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201c<em>A Receita Federal do Brasil esclarece que o Painel Receita, servi\u00e7o lan\u00e7ado em 30 de abril de 2026, foi concebido com crit\u00e9rios rigorosos de seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, sigilo fiscal e prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, em total conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente<\/em>\u201c,\u00a0disse\u00a0a entidade em seu site oficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Desse modo, as empresas ter\u00e3o acesso a:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Seus pr\u00f3prios indicadores econ\u00f4micos e fiscais (como receita bruta, lucratividade e endividamento);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dados agregados do setor, organizados em quartis estat\u00edsticos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o percentual relativa no conjunto do setor (ex.: \u201csua empresa supera 67% das empresas do segmento\u201d);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">S\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica de at\u00e9 5 anos dos seus pr\u00f3prios indicadores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 exibido ou compartilhado:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dados individualizados de outras empresas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es que permitam identificar concorrentes ou quaisquer outros contribuintes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Listagens, rankings nominais ou compara\u00e7\u00f5es empresa a empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
