A nova vers\u00e3o observa as novas regras estabelecidas pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 227, de 13 de janeiro de 2026, que alterou o prazo de vencimento da Multa por Atraso na Entrega da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o (Maed) emitida em decorr\u00eancia da transmiss\u00e3o intempestiva de DCTF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O programa deve ser utilizado para o preenchimento da DCTF, original ou retificadora, inclusive da declara\u00e7\u00e3o a que est\u00e3o obrigadas as pessoas jur\u00eddicas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de extin\u00e7\u00e3o, fus\u00e3o, cis\u00e3o ou incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o, relativa aos fatos geradores ocorridos de 1\u00ba de agosto de 2014 a 31 de dezembro de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Antes de instalar o PGD, recomenda-se gravar as declara\u00e7\u00f5es elaboradas nas vers\u00f5es anteriores.
