CONSELHO SUPERIOR DO CGIBS CRIA COMISS\u00d5ES PARA ESTRUTURAR O IBS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Portal CGIBS &#8211;\u00a0<strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CSIBS n\u00ba 1, de 23 de Fevereiro de 2026.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Conselho Superior do Comit\u00ea Gestor do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os editou a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGIBS n\u00ba 1\/2026, instituindo Comiss\u00f5es de Trabalho de car\u00e1ter transit\u00f3rio para viabilizar a instala\u00e7\u00e3o e o in\u00edcio das atividades do \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram criadas seis comiss\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalho Administrativo (CT-ADM);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalho Jur\u00eddico (CT-JUR);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalho do Regimento Interno (CT-REG);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalho do Regulamento do IBS (CT-RIBS);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">e) Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalho Operacional (CT-OPE);
