Para alterar a forma de cobran\u00e7a do ISS, a norma modifica o artigo 3\u00ba da Lei Complementar 116, de 2003.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A nova lei deriva de projeto do senador Jaime Bagattoli (PL-RO) que tramitou como PLP 92\/2024.
