tributo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Plen\u00e1rio do Senado Federal deve votar, na pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira (23), o 2\u00ba projeto de lei complementar de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria (PLP 108\/2024).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta \u00e9 relatada pelo senador Eduardo Braga (MDB-AM) e foi aprovada na Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, Justi\u00e7a e Cidadania (CCJ) nesta quarta-feira (17).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O ponto central do projeto \u00e9 a institui\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Gestor do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O \u00f3rg\u00e3o ser\u00e1 composto por representantes indicados por estados e munic\u00edpios e ter\u00e1 como atribui\u00e7\u00f5es principais:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fiscalizar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do IBS;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Executar as regras de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e repasse do tributo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Coordenar a transi\u00e7\u00e3o do atual sistema tribut\u00e1rio para o novo modelo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Contexto da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O PLP 108\/2024 integra a segunda fase de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 132\/2023, que reformou a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo no Brasil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta detalha aspectos operacionais para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do IBS e da CBS (Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os), os dois tributos que substituir\u00e3o PIS, Cofins, IPI, ICMS e ISS at\u00e9 2033.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O texto foi apresentado pelo Portal da Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria, que re\u00fane informa\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais sobre a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e os impactos da proposta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos passos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se aprovado no Senado, o projeto seguir\u00e1 para a C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, onde tamb\u00e9m precisar\u00e1 de vota\u00e7\u00e3o em plen\u00e1rio antes da san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A expectativa \u00e9 que o Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS esteja estruturado antes
