{"id":53721,"date":"2025-07-29T11:04:54","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T14:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=53721"},"modified":"2025-07-29T11:05:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T14:05:08","slug":"icms-nacional-publicados-protocolos-que-dispoem-sobre-substituicao-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2025\/07\/29\/icms-nacional-publicados-protocolos-que-dispoem-sobre-substituicao-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"ICMS NACIONAL &#8211; PUBLICADOS PROTOCOLOS QUE DISP\u00d5EM SOBRE SUBSTITUI\u00c7\u00c3O TRIBUT\u00c1RIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Despacho CONFAZ n\u00ba 22\/2025 &#8211; DOU de 28.07.2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por meio do Despacho Confaz n\u00ba 22\/2025, foram publicados os Protocolos ICMS n\u00bas 27 a 29\/2025, que disp\u00f5em sobre substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Protocolo ICMS N\u00ba 27\/2025 &#8211; Postergou de 1\u00ba.08.2025 para 1\u00ba.09.2025, a data de produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos efeitos do Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 17\/2025 que revoga alguns itens da listagem de mercadorias contidas no Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 14\/2016 que disp\u00f5e sobre a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com produtos aliment\u00edcios entre os Estados de Alagoas e de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Protocolo ICMS N\u00ba 28\/2025 &#8211; Postergou de 1\u00ba.08.2025 para 1\u00ba.09.2025, a data de produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos efeitos do Protocolo ICMS n\u00ba 19\/2025 que acrescentou nova hip\u00f3tese de inaplicabilidade da ST, nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es com produtos aliment\u00edcios destinados ao Estado de Alagoas.
