Trata-se de mais uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o expedida pela Receita Federal no \u00e2mbito do Projeto Receita Soluciona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O ADI n\u00ba 1\/2025 disp\u00f5e sobre a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o do Ex 01 do c\u00f3digo 8706.00.10 da Tabela de Incid\u00eancia do Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados, aprovada pelo Decreto n\u00ba 11.158, de 29 de julho de 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Interpretativo garante-se a uniformidade de tratamento no enquadramento de chassis com motor pr\u00f3prios para ve\u00edculos autom\u00f3veis de transporte de dez ou mais pessoas, com o volume do habit\u00e1culo interno destinado a passageiros e motorista superior a 6 m<sup>3<\/sup> (seis metros c\u00fabicos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Projeto Receita Soluciona est\u00e1 em pleno funcionamento, fortalecendo a conformidade fiscal e o di\u00e1logo entre a Receita Federal e a sociedade em quest\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias e aduaneiras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Atualmente, confedera\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais representativas de categorias econ\u00f4micas, centrais sindicais, entidades de classe de \u00e2mbito nacional, al\u00e9m de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es associativas patronais e empresariais,
