N\u00e3o confunda essa data com a da entrega da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Imposto sobre a Renda da Pessoa F\u00edsica (DIRPF), que se encerra no dia 30 de maio (Sexta-Feira).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A DASN-SIMEI pode ser transmitida pelo App MEI ou pelo Portal do Simples Nacional. Est\u00e1 obrigado a declarar o microempreendedor que foi optante pelo SIMEI em qualquer per\u00edodo de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para evitar erros no preenchimento, recomenda-se a leitura do Manual da DASN-SIMEI, dispon\u00edvel no Portal do Simples e do MEI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o se encontra na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN n\u00ba 140\/2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Evite deixar para a \u00faltima hora! O elevado volume de acessos pode causar lentid\u00e3o nos sistemas.
