{"id":50418,"date":"2025-04-28T09:56:03","date_gmt":"2025-04-28T12:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=50418"},"modified":"2025-04-28T09:56:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-28T12:56:23","slug":"grupo-de-trabalho-do-cnj-inicia-discussoes-sobre-reforma-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2025\/04\/28\/grupo-de-trabalho-do-cnj-inicia-discussoes-sobre-reforma-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"GRUPO DE TRABALHO DO CNJ INICIA DISCUSS\u00d5ES SOBRE REFORMA TRIBUT\u00c1RIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Equipe dever\u00e1 apresentar, at\u00e9 o final de maio, um anteprojeto de emenda \u00e0 CF que trate da compet\u00eancia jurisdicional para o processamento e julgamento de causas envolvendo os novos tributos institu\u00eddos pela EC 132\/23.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na \u00faltima quinta-feira, 24, ocorreu a primeira reuni\u00e3o do grupo de trabalho do CNJ sobre a reforma processual tribut\u00e1ria institu\u00edda\u00a0pela\u00a0EC 132\/23.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na reuni\u00e3o, foram debatidas medidas para garantir a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a por entes p\u00fablicos e contribuintes, al\u00e9m de alternativas para racionalizar, simplificar e dar maior celeridade ao tratamento judicial das novas demandas decorrentes das recentes mudan\u00e7as no sistema tribut\u00e1rio nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>O grupo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Institu\u00eddo pelo CNJ para propor mudan\u00e7as no processo judicial tribut\u00e1rio, o\u00a0grupo conta com a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0presidente do Conselho, ministro Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, e com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de representantes dos tr\u00eas Poderes e outras entidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A equipe objetiva adaptar o sistema \u00e0s transforma\u00e7\u00f5es introduzidas pela EC 132\/23, que instituiu dois tributos: a CBS &#8211;
