A proposta do relator, o senador <strong>Eduardo Braga<\/strong> (MDB-AM), prev\u00ea a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas, \u00e0s ter\u00e7as-feiras, entre os dias 6 e 27 de maio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As sess\u00f5es ser\u00e3o para debater o <strong>Comit\u00ea Gestor<\/strong> do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS), que ter\u00e1 gest\u00e3o compartilhada entre Estados e munic\u00edpios, e tamb\u00e9m a quest\u00e3o administrativa dos recursos, penalidades e encargos morat\u00f3rios do novo imposto, al\u00e9m do Imposto sobre Transmiss\u00e3o de Bens Im\u00f3veis <strong>(ITBI<\/strong>) e o Imposto de Transmiss\u00e3o Causa Mortis e Doa\u00e7\u00e3o (<strong>ITCMD<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Como adiantou em entrevista ao <strong>Valor<\/strong>, o relator j\u00e1 previa ajustes no plano a partir de sugest\u00f5es dos senadores. Por isso, o presidente da CCJ, senador <strong>Otto Alencar<\/strong> (PSD-BA), concedeu vistas coletivas ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do texto ao colegiado, no in\u00edcio de abril.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A expectativa do l\u00edder do governo no Congresso, <strong>Randolfe Rodrigues<\/strong> (PT-AP), e de Braga \u00e9 que o texto seja aprovado ainda no primeiro semestre.
