nesta semana a Portaria 96 da presid\u00eancia do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que instituiu um grupo de trabalho sobre reforma processual tribut\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O grupo buscar\u00e1 solu\u00e7\u00f5es para facilitar a uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos entendimentos jurisprudenciais sobre controv\u00e9rsias envolvendo a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS) e o Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS), implementados pela reforma tribut\u00e1ria (Emenda Constitucional 132).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A equipe de trabalho ser\u00e1 presidida pelo presidente do CNJ, ministro Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, e ter\u00e1 como secret\u00e1rios Frederico Montedonio Rego (juiz auxiliar da presid\u00eancia do CNJ) e M\u00e1rio
