A taxa para adi\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias (NCMs) nas DIs tamb\u00e9m subiu de R$ 10 para R$ 29,50.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na decis\u00e3o, o magistrado rejeita a preliminar de m\u00e9rito de prescri\u00e7\u00e3o aventada pela Uni\u00e3o na contesta\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cO recolhimento da taxa impugnada ocorreu no exerc\u00edcio de 2016, n\u00e3o tendo decorrido, portanto, o lustro prescricional. No m\u00e9rito, tem-se como ocorrido o reconhecimento jur\u00eddico do pedido pela Uni\u00e3o, tal como explicitado na contesta\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O juiz determinou que os valores sejam corrigidos pela Selic.
