DOE SP de 24.09.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi baixado ato que altera a Portaria CAT n\u00ba 125\/2011, que institui o Sistema Ambiente de Pagamentos e o Documento de Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de Receitas Estaduais (Dare-SP).Foram acrescentados os c\u00f3digos de receita 016-4, 018-8, 020-6 e 023-1 ao Anexo \u00danico, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">C\u00f3digo\u00a0 Discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">016-4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ITCMD doa\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; d\u00e9bitos inscritos na d\u00edvida ativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">018-8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ITCMD causa mortis &#8211; d\u00e9bitos inscritos na d\u00edvida ativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">020-6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ITCMD parcelamento causa mortis &#8211; d\u00e9bitos inscritos na d\u00edvida ativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">023-1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ITCMD parcelamento doa\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; d\u00e9bitos inscritos na d\u00edvida ativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tamb\u00e9m foi acrescentado o art. 7\u00ba-K, dispondo que, at\u00e9 30.11.2019, o recolhimento dos d\u00e9bitos relacionados aos c\u00f3digos de receita 016-4, 018-8, 020-6 e 023-1, constantes do referido Anexo \u00danico, poder\u00e1 ser realizado por meio de Gare ou Dare-SP, devendo, ap\u00f3s esse prazo, ser efetuado exclusivamente por Dare-SP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria CAT n\u00ba 59\/2019 &#8211;
