DOU 1 de 20.09.2019 &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Carteira de Trabalho e Previd\u00eancia Social (CTPS) passa a ser emitida pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Economia (ME), de prefer\u00eancia por meio eletr\u00f4nico e obedecendo aos modelos que o citado minist\u00e9rio adotar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A CTPS, no modelo f\u00edsico, poder\u00e1 ser emitida, excepcionalmente, desde que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) nas unidades descentralizadas do ME que forem habilitadas para a emiss\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) mediante conv\u00eanio, por \u00f3rg\u00e3os federais, estaduais e municipais da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta ou indireta; e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) mediante conv\u00eanio com servi\u00e7os notariais e de registro, sem custos para a administra\u00e7\u00e3o, garantidas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a das informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do empregado na CTPS por meio eletr\u00f4nico ser\u00e1 pelo n\u00famero de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Cadastro de Pessoas F\u00edsicas (CPF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s anota\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) o empregador passa a ter 5 dias \u00fateis (antes 48 horas) para anotar na CTPS: a data de admiss\u00e3o, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o e condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais, se houver, sendo facultado adotar sistema manual, mec\u00e2nico e eletr\u00f4nico, observadas as normas a serem expedidas pelo ME; e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) o trabalhador dever\u00e1 ter acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es da sua CTPS em at\u00e9 48 horas contados a partir da sua anota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Lei n\u00ba 13.874\/2019, que promoveu as citadas altera\u00e7\u00f5es, entrou em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Lei n\u00ba 13.874\/2019 &#8211;
