DOM S\u00e3o Paulo de 02.08.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda fixou interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o quanto \u00e0 n\u00e3o aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da imunidade prevista no art. 150, VI, &#8220;d&#8221;, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, no caso de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de composi\u00e7\u00e3o gr\u00e1fica de livros, jornais e peri\u00f3dicos executada por terceiros (subitem 13.04 da lista de servi\u00e7os).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Observa-se que, ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 16.757\/2017, o ISS passou a n\u00e3o incidir sobre a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de composi\u00e7\u00e3o gr\u00e1fica quando o produto resultante for destinado a posterior comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ou industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Essa interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o tem car\u00e1ter interpretativo, \u00e9 impositivo e vinculante para todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os hierarquizados desta Secretaria, e revoga as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio bem como as solu\u00e7\u00f5es de consulta emitidas antes da publica\u00e7\u00e3o deste ato e com ele em desacordo, independentemente de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o aos consulentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Parecer Normativo SF n\u00ba 1\/2019 &#8211;
