DOU 1 de 03.09.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Confaz divulgou conv\u00eanios que disp\u00f5em sobre benef\u00edcios, dispensa e anistia de d\u00e9bitos fiscais, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 139\/2019 &#8211; autoriza o Estado do Piau\u00ed a instituir programa de anistia de d\u00e9bitos fiscais relacionados com o ICM e o ICMS, na forma que especifica;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 140\/2019 &#8211; disp\u00f5e sobre a ades\u00e3o do Estado de Roraima \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es dos \u00a7\u00a7 4\u00ba da cl\u00e1usula oitava e da cl\u00e1usula nona do Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 190\/2017, que disp\u00f5e sobre a remiss\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios, constitu\u00eddos ou n\u00e3o, decorrentes das isen\u00e7\u00f5es, dos incentivos e dos benef\u00edcios fiscais ou financeiro-fiscais institu\u00eddos em desacordo com a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988 , bem como sobre as correspondentes reinstitui\u00e7\u00f5es; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 141\/2019 &#8211; disp\u00f5e sobre a ades\u00e3o dos Estados do Mato Grosso e do Mato Grosso do Sul \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da cl\u00e1usula terceira do Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 67\/2019, que autoriza o Estado do Rio Grande do Sul a n\u00e3o exigir os valores correspondentes \u00e0 complementa\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS retido por substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, multa e juros por atraso e multa por n\u00e3o entrega da guia informativa, conforme especifica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Despacho Confaz n\u00ba 65\/2019 &#8211;
