{"id":4269,"date":"2019-09-04T11:27:27","date_gmt":"2019-09-04T14:27:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=4269"},"modified":"2019-09-04T11:27:27","modified_gmt":"2019-09-04T14:27:27","slug":"previdenciaria-criado-o-sei-inss-para-processos-e-documentos-eletronicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2019\/09\/04\/previdenciaria-criado-o-sei-inss-para-processos-e-documentos-eletronicos\/","title":{"rendered":"PREVIDENCI\u00c1RIA &#8211; CRIADO O SEI-INSS PARA PROCESSOS E DOCUMENTOS ELETR\u00d4NICOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o INSS n\u00ba 700\/2019 &#8211; DOU de 03.09.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por meio da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o INSS n\u00ba 700\/2019, foi institu\u00eddo o Sistema Eletr\u00f4nico de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es (SEI) como sistema oficial de gest\u00e3o de processos e de documentos eletr\u00f4nicos no \u00e2mbito do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do SEI-INSS ser\u00e1 gradativa e escalonada, conforme plano de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o a ser definido pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes do INSS. Ap\u00f3s a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do SEI-INSS, todos os documentos e processos administrativos dever\u00e3o ser criados ou inclu\u00eddos no sistema e seus atos processuais realizados em meio eletr\u00f4nico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os atos processuais em meio eletr\u00f4nico ser\u00e3o considerados como realizados no dia e na hora registrados no SEI-INSS e, quando os referidos atos tiverem de ser praticado em determinado prazo, por meio eletr\u00f4nico, ser\u00e3o considerados tempestivos os efetivados, salvo disposi\u00e7\u00e3o em contr\u00e1rio, at\u00e9 \u00e0s 23h e 59min do \u00faltimo dia deste prazo, considerando-se, para tanto, o hor\u00e1rio oficial de Bras\u00edlia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O interessado poder\u00e1 enviar, eletronicamente, documentos digitalizados, os quais ter\u00e3o valor de c\u00f3pia simples, para a juntada aos autos.
