AQUISI\u00c7\u00d5ES. INDUSTRIAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">N\u00e3o fazem jus \u00e0 suspens\u00e3o do IPI de que trata o caput do art. 29 da Lei n\u00ba 10.637, de 2002, as aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de mat\u00e9rias-primas, produtos intermedi\u00e1rios e materiais de embalagem realizadas por estabelecimento que n\u00e3o for caracterizado como estabelecimento industrial (contribuinte do IPI), pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto.
