DOU 1 de 15.08.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.906\/2019, alterou o inciso III do \u00a7 1\u00ba do art. 13 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.787\/2018, que disp\u00f5e sobre a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de D\u00e9bitos e Cr\u00e9ditos Tribut\u00e1rios Federais Previdenci\u00e1rios e de Outras Entidades e Fundos (DCTFWeb).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em face da nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada ao mencionado dispositivo, a data de in\u00edcio da obrigatoriedade da entrega da DCTFWeb, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos contribuintes n\u00e3o enquadrados nas hip\u00f3teses de obrigatoriedade previstos nos incisos I e II do \u00a7 1\u00ba do art. 13 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.787\/2018, nem obrigados \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do eSocial, ser\u00e1 fixada em norma espec\u00edfica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Portanto, as empresas do Simples Nacional, as pessoas f\u00edsicas, as entidades sem fins lucrativos, os produtores rurais pessoas f\u00edsicas, as empresas com faturamento at\u00e9 R$ 4.800.000,00, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais, as empresas constitu\u00eddas ap\u00f3s o ano-calend\u00e1rio de 2017, independentemente do faturamento, por enquanto, est\u00e3o dispensadas da entrega da DCTFWeb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.906\/2019 &#8211;
