PRECEDENTE. 1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> A jurisprud\u00eancia da Primeira Turma desta Corte firmou o entendimento no sentido de n\u00e3o haver diferen\u00e7a entre venda \u00e0 prazo e \u00e0 vista para fins de incid\u00eancia do PIS\/COFINS, j\u00e1 que ambas dizem respeito ao faturamento\/receita da empresa, raz\u00e3o pela qual <u>n\u00e3o h\u00e1 falar em exclus\u00e3o da base de c\u00e1lculo do PIS e da COFINS da parcela referente \u00e0s receitas financeiras oriundas dos valores dos juros recebidos nas vendas \u00e0 prazo, n\u00e3o se aplicando \u00e0 hip\u00f3tese as prescri\u00e7\u00f5es do art. 1\u00ba do Decreto n. 5.442\/2005, que reduzem \u201ca zero as al\u00edquotas da Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o PIS\/PASEP e da Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o Financiamento da Seguridade Social \u2013 COFINS incidentes sobre as receitas financeiras<\/u>.\u201d 2.
