O texto lista 11 tipos de combust\u00edveis e ainda prev\u00ea outros tipos definidos pela &#8220;Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis \u2013 ANP, relacionados na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. Os tipos previstos no texto s\u00e3o: gasolina, etanol anidro combust\u00edvel, \u00f3leo diesel, biodiesel B100, GLP inclusive o derivado de g\u00e1s natural, etanol hidratado combust\u00edvel, querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00f3leo combust\u00edvel, g\u00e1s natural processado, biometano e g\u00e1s natural veicular (GNV).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m disso, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m diz que o IBS e a CBS incidir\u00e3o uma \u00fanica vez sobre as opera\u00e7\u00f5es com combust\u00edveis, \u201cainda que iniciadas no exterior\u201d. As al\u00edquotas ser\u00e3o uniformes no pa\u00eds todo e espec\u00edficas por unidade de medida e diferenciada por produto. As al\u00edquotas ser\u00e3o reajustadas anualmente e, em caso de aumento, dever\u00e3o observar o prazo de 90 dias entre a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o e o in\u00edcio de vig\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As al\u00edquotas do IBS ser\u00e3o divulgadas pelos Estados, Distrito Federal e munic\u00edpios por meio de delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS. J\u00e1 a al\u00edquota da CBS ser\u00e1 divulgada pelo poder executivo da Uni\u00e3o. O texto tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea que al\u00edquotas da CBS em 2027 ser\u00e3o fixadas \u201cde forma a n\u00e3o exceder a carga tribut\u00e1ria incidente sobre os combust\u00edveis dos tributos federais extintos ou reduzidos pela Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 132, de 2023\u201d.
