O Valor teve acesso \u00e0 minuta do projeto de lei sobre mudan\u00e7as na Lei de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial e Fal\u00eancia, resultado da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Congresso e o Minist\u00e9rio da Economia. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As empresas em recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, segundo o texto preliminar, poder\u00e3o quitar d\u00e9bitos por meio de um parcelamento em at\u00e9 120 meses e ainda usar cr\u00e9ditos decorrentes de preju\u00edzo fiscal, por exemplo, para abater parte da d\u00edvida.
