DOU 1 de 26.07.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A norma em refer\u00eancia alterou a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SRF n\u00ba 83\/2001, que disp\u00f5e sobre a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados da atividade rural das pessoas f\u00edsicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entre as referidas altera\u00e7\u00f5es, destacamos que, a partir do ano-calend\u00e1rio de 2019, o produtor rural que auferir, durante o ano, receita bruta total da atividade rural superior a R$ 4.800.000,00 (anteriormente esse limite era de R$ 3.600.000,00) dever\u00e1 entregar o arquivo digital com a escritura\u00e7\u00e3o do Livro Caixa Digital do Produtor Rural (LCDPR) \u00e0 Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) at\u00e9 o final do prazo da entrega tempestiva da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Ajuste Anual (DAA) do respectivo ano-calend\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Excepcionalmente, para o ano-calend\u00e1rio de 2019, o limite supramencionado para obrigatoriedade de entrega do LCDPR ser\u00e1 de R$ 7.200.000,00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O LCDPR dever\u00e1 ser assinado digitalmente, por meio de certificado digital v\u00e1lido, emitido por entidade credenciada pela Infraestrutura de Chaves P\u00fablicas Brasileira (ICP-Brasil), a fim de garantir a autoria do documento digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.903\/2019 &#8211;
