DOU 1 de 17.07.2019.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram disciplinadas as normas sobre a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre a Propriedade Territorial Rural (DITR) do exerc\u00edcio de 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A DITR dever\u00e1 ser apresentada no per\u00edodo de 12.08 a 30.09.2019, por interm\u00e9dio do programa ITR\/2019, dispon\u00edvel no site da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), <a href=\"http:\/\/rfb.gov.br\">http:\/\/rfb.gov.br<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O valor do ITR poder\u00e1 ser pago em at\u00e9 4 quotas iguais, mensais e consecutivas, observado o seguinte:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) nenhuma quota dever\u00e1 ser inferior a R$ 50,00;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) o imposto de valor inferior a R$ 100,00 dever\u00e1 ser pago em quota \u00fanica;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) a 1\u00aa quota ou quota \u00fanica dever\u00e1 ser paga at\u00e9 30.09.2019;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) as demais quotas dever\u00e3o ser pagas at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia \u00fatil de cada m\u00eas, acrescidas de juros equivalentes \u00e0 Taxa Referencial do Sistema Especial de Liquida\u00e7\u00e3o e de Cust\u00f3dia (Selic) para t\u00edtulos federais, acumulada mensalmente, calculados a partir do m\u00eas de outubro\/2019 at\u00e9 o m\u00eas anterior ao do pagamento, e de 1% no m\u00eas do pagamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.902\/2019 &#8211;
