Para pessoas f\u00edsicas, o limite passaria de 27,5% para 25%. Para empresas, ele iria de 34% a 25%. A faixa salarial isenta do imposto tamb\u00e9m deve subir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Marcos Cintra, secret\u00e1rio especial da Receita Federal, analisa formas de reduzir o percentual e considera como op\u00e7\u00e3o a transfer\u00eancia da CSLL (Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Social sobre Lucro L\u00edquido) para o novo Imposto sobre Pagamentos, que seria aplicado a qualquer transa\u00e7\u00e3o. A medida elevaria o valor considerado de 0,3% para 0,5% \u2014 tanto para pagador quanto para recebedor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A maior redu\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota do IR, a das empresas, seria poss\u00edvel com o fim da CSLL e da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria ao INSS. Isso seria o suficiente para levar o percentual a 25%.
