A relatoria caber\u00e1 ao deputado Aguinaldo Ribeiro (PP-PB). A comiss\u00e3o especial ser\u00e1 composta por 43 titulares e o mesmo n\u00famero de suplentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Rodrigo Maia disse que a reforma tribut\u00e1ria representa desafio diferente da previdenci\u00e1ria, cujo texto-base ser\u00e1 votado hoje no plen\u00e1rio\u00a0\u00a0 (Arquivo\/Marcelo Camargo\/Ag\u00eancia Brasil)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ao participar da instala\u00e7\u00e3o, o presidente da C\u00e2mara, deputado Rodrigo Maia (DEM-RJ), disse que a reforma tribut\u00e1ria representa um desafio diferente da previdenci\u00e1ria, cujo texto-base ser\u00e1 votado nesta quarta-feira no plen\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Unifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cA [reforma] previdenci\u00e1ria unifica a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o e, de alguma forma, divide a sociedade. A [reforma] tribut\u00e1ria divide a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o e unifica a sociedade. Nosso desafio \u00e9 harmonizar essas diverg\u00eancias para que a gente consiga, como na previdenci\u00e1ria, espero eu, ter tamb\u00e9m um texto que organize melhor o sistema tribut\u00e1rio brasileiro\u201d, disse Maia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em maio, a Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados aprovou o parecer sobre a admissibilidade da proposta de reforma tribut\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta institui o Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS), que substitui tr\u00eas tributos federais \u2013 IPI, PIS e Cofins -, o ICMS, que \u00e9 estadual, e o ISS, municipal. Todos eles incidem sobre o consumo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O IBS ser\u00e1 composto por tr\u00eas al\u00edquotas \u2013 federal, estadual e municipal; e Uni\u00e3o, estados e munic\u00edpios poder\u00e3o fixar diferentes valores para a al\u00edquota do imposto.
