O fato jogou luz sobre a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de uma for\u00e7a-tarefa do Fisco que investiga 134 pessoas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Documentos obtidos pela ConJur mostram que, pelo menos desde agosto de 2018, existe um canal de envio de relat\u00f3rios entre a chamada &#8220;equipe especial de fraudes&#8221; e a opera\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;lava jato&#8221;. Outro relat\u00f3rio, similar ao do ministro Gilmar, foi encaminhado para o coordenador dos auditores destacados para trabalhar na opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Decis\u00e3o cassada<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em maio, por maioria, a 2\u00aa Turma do STF cassou decis\u00e3o monocr\u00e1tica do ministro Luiz Edson Fachin para retomar posi\u00e7\u00e3o das inst\u00e2ncias inferiores contra o compartilhamento de dados da Receita Federal com o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.
