Instala\u00e7\u00e3o depende agora de indica\u00e7\u00e3o dos integrantes pelos l\u00edderes partid\u00e1rios<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi lido nesta segunda-feira (17) em Plen\u00e1rio, pela deputada Geovania de S\u00e1 (PSDB-SC), ato do presidente da C\u00e2mara, Rodrigo Maia, que determina a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de comiss\u00e3o especial para analisar a Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) 45\/19, que estabelece uma reforma tribut\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De autoria do deputado Baleia Rossi (MDB-SP), a proposta acaba com tr\u00eas tributos federais \u2013 IPI, PIS e Cofins. Extingue tamb\u00e9m o ICMS, que \u00e9 estadual, e o ISS, municipal. Todos eles incidem sobre o consumo. No lugar, \u00e9 criado o IBS &#8211; Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com Bens e Servi\u00e7os, de compet\u00eancia de munic\u00edpios, estados e Uni\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de um outro imposto, sobre bens e servi\u00e7os espec\u00edficos, esse de compet\u00eancia apenas federal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O tempo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o previsto \u00e9 de dez anos. O texto foi aprovado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e de Cidadania em 22 de maio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A comiss\u00e3o especial ser\u00e1 composta por 34 titulares e 34 suplentes.
