A PEC 45\/2019 agora segue para an\u00e1lise do Plen\u00e1rio. Na pr\u00e1tica, ela acaba com o IPI, Pis, Cofins, ICMS e ISS para criar um \u00fanico imposto sobre valor agregado (IVA), ou IBS, sigla para Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com Bens e Servi\u00e7os.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O novo imposto teria sua receita repartida entre munic\u00edpios, estados e Uni\u00e3o. Haver\u00e1 um tempo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o de dez anos. O imposto foi desenvolvido pelo Centro de Cidadania Fiscal (CCiF). Em entrevista \u00e0 ConJur, o tributarista Eurico De Santi deu mais detalhes de como ele funcionar\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi aprovado nesta quarta parecer do deputado Jo\u00e3o Roma (PRB-BA), apresentado na semana passada. A maior cr\u00edtica \u00e0 proposta do IBS \u00e9 sobre uma poss\u00edvel ofensa ao princ\u00edpio federativo, j\u00e1 que o imposto seria \u00fanico, arrecadado pela Uni\u00e3o e distribu\u00eddo.
