{"id":2345,"date":"2019-05-16T12:36:56","date_gmt":"2019-05-16T15:36:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=2345"},"modified":"2019-05-16T12:36:56","modified_gmt":"2019-05-16T15:36:56","slug":"cpf-cartorios-de-registro-civil-poderao-dar-informacoes-sobre-o-numero-do-cpf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2019\/05\/16\/cpf-cartorios-de-registro-civil-poderao-dar-informacoes-sobre-o-numero-do-cpf\/","title":{"rendered":"CPF &#8211; CART\u00d3RIOS DE REGISTRO CIVIL PODER\u00c3O DAR INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES SOBRE O N\u00daMERO DO CPF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A norma em refer\u00eancia alterou a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.548\/2015 , que disp\u00f5e sobre o Cadastro de Pessoas F\u00edsicas (CPF).<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es ora introduzidas, destacamos as seguintes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) a informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o n\u00famero de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no CPF poder\u00e1 ser obtida em uma Serventia de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais ou em uma unidade de atendimento da RFB e ser\u00e1 fornecida apenas para o titular, representante legal ou procurador;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) al\u00e9m das entidades conveniadas e da Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM), a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Registradores de Pessoas Naturais (Arpen) tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 praticar atos perante o CPF, mediante conv\u00eanio com a RFB.
