{"id":2010,"date":"2019-05-03T12:30:53","date_gmt":"2019-05-03T15:30:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=2010"},"modified":"2019-05-03T12:30:53","modified_gmt":"2019-05-03T15:30:53","slug":"drei-regulamenta-a-autenticacao-de-documentos-por-contador-ou-advogado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2019\/05\/03\/drei-regulamenta-a-autenticacao-de-documentos-por-contador-ou-advogado\/","title":{"rendered":"DREI REGULAMENTA A AUTENTICA\u00c7\u00c3O DE DOCUMENTOS POR CONTADOR OU ADVOGADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa DREI 60\/2019<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Atrav\u00e9s da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa DREI 60\/2019, foi regulamentada a possibilidade do contador ou advogado da parte interessada declarar a autenticidade de c\u00f3pia de documentos, sob sua responsabilidade pessoal, levados a registro perante a Junta Comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nessa hip\u00f3tese, ficar\u00e1 dispensada a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o em cart\u00f3rio, com base nas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es admitidas pela Medida Provis\u00f3ria 876\/2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O contador ou advogado poder\u00e1 autenticar os documentos mediante a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Autenticidade, conforme anexo da referida norma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Juntamente com a declara\u00e7\u00e3o de autenticidade deve ser apresentada c\u00f3pia simples da carteira profissional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A declara\u00e7\u00e3o de autenticidade n\u00e3o se aplica quando a Lei exigir a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do documento original.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A declara\u00e7\u00e3o de autenticidade poder\u00e1 ser feita:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1) em documento separado, com a devida especifica\u00e7\u00e3o e quantidade de folhas dos documentos declarados aut\u00eanticos;
