O colegiado se manifestou ap\u00f3s quest\u00e3o de ordem proposta pelo ministro Paulo de Tarso Sanseverino.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O colegiado havia revogado esta posi\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o ministro Gilmar Mendes, do STF, ter determinado, em novembro do ano passado, a suspens\u00e3o nacional de processos sobre expurgos do Plano Collor II.
