DOU 1 de 19.06.2020 &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Decreto n\u00ba 10.403\/2020 alterou o Decreto n\u00ba 10.046\/2019 , que disp\u00f5e sobre a governan\u00e7a no compartilhamento de dados no \u00e2mbito da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica federal e institui o Cadastro Base do Cidad\u00e3o e o Comit\u00ea Central de Governan\u00e7a de Dados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es, ora introduzidas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) a categoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00edvel de compartilhamento como restrito ou espec\u00edfico observar\u00e1 as regras de compartilhamento de que trata o art. 31 do Decreto n\u00ba 10.046\/2019 e ser\u00e1 publicada pelo respectivo gestor de dados, em prazo a ser definido pelo Comit\u00ea Central de Governan\u00e7a de Dados, que considerar\u00e1, para a tomada de decis\u00e3o, o disposto no Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 6\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) fica institu\u00eddo o Comit\u00ea Central de Governan\u00e7a de Dados, a quem compete deliberar sobre, entre outros:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.1) a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de outros cadastros base de refer\u00eancia do setor p\u00fablico de uso obrigat\u00f3rio pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades de que trata o art. 1\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 10.046\/2019 ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.2) seu regimento interno; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.3) o prazo para a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da categoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00edvel de compartilhamento de que trata a letra \u201ca\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Decreto n\u00ba 10.403\/2020 &#8211;
