O Congresso Nacional reconheceu estado de calamidade p\u00fablica em decorr\u00eancia do novo coronav\u00edrus.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conforme o texto em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, toda a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o processual nacional nos \u00e2mbitos criminal, c\u00edvel, trabalhista, em situa\u00e7\u00f5es capazes de impedir ou tornar custoso e arriscado a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o presencial de atos processuais, passam a ter os atos excepcionais realizados por via remota e com uso de tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pelo projeto de lei, ser\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3ria a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos de videoconfer\u00eancia est\u00e1veis e de interface amig\u00e1vel para que os advogados e as partes possam acompanhar e participar dos julgamentos.
