DOM S\u00e3o Paulo de 30.05.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi disciplinado, com efeito retroativo a 07.06.2014, procedimento quanto ao enquadramento no c\u00f3digo 39993, o qual indica a n\u00e3o incid\u00eancia da Taxa de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Estabelecimentos (TFE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Neste sentido, para o contribuinte n\u00e3o sujeito \u00e0 tributa\u00e7\u00e3o da TFE constar no Cadastro de Contribuintes Mobili\u00e1rios (CCM), dever\u00e1 estar inscrito como pessoa f\u00edsica e com endere\u00e7o residencial n\u00e3o aberto ao p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Observa-se que dever\u00e1 ser promovida a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f3digo 39993 para o c\u00f3digo 39995, caso o contribuinte promova altera\u00e7\u00e3o da condi\u00e7\u00e3o do endere\u00e7o no cadastro de contribuintes mobili\u00e1rios para &#8220;residencial aberto ao p\u00fablico&#8221;
