DOU 1 de 28.05.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi baixado ato que altera o Decreto n\u00ba 6.306\/2007, o qual regulamenta o Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Cr\u00e9dito, C\u00e2mbio e Seguro, ou relativas a T\u00edtulos ou Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (IOF), reduzindo a zero as al\u00edquotas do IOF nas seguintes opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) efetuada por interm\u00e9dio da Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (FINEP) ou por seus agentes financeiros, com recursos dessa empresa p\u00fablica;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) destinada ao financiamento de projetos de infraestrutura de log\u00edstica direcionados a obras de rodovias e ferrovias objeto de concess\u00e3o pelo Governo federal; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) contratada pela C\u00e2mara de Comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de Energia El\u00e9trica (CCEE), destinada \u00e0 cobertura, total ou parcial, de d\u00e9ficit e de antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de receita, incorridas pelas concession\u00e1rias e permission\u00e1rias de servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia el\u00e9trica.Observe-se que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota referida na letra \u201cc\u201d somente se aplica aos fatos geradores que ocorrerem at\u00e9 31.12.2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Decreto n\u00ba 10.377\/2020 &#8211;
