DOU 1 de 27.05.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi alterado o Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo Suara n\u00ba 1\/2020 que disp\u00f5e sobre os servi\u00e7os solicitados com autentica\u00e7\u00e3o por c\u00f3digo de acesso ou pelo Login \u00danico Gov.br, por meio de dossi\u00ea digital de atendimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo o art. 1\u00ba do mencionado ato, fica autorizada a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros, dos seguintes servi\u00e7os:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) requerimento para isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI) na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos por cooperativa de trabalho, observado o disposto nos arts. 3\u00ba e 4\u00ba da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.716\/2017 , que disciplina a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da isen\u00e7\u00e3o do IPI e do Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Cr\u00e9dito, C\u00e2mbio e Seguro, ou relativas a T\u00edtulos e Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (IOF), na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo destinado ao transporte individual de passageiros (t\u00e1xi); e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) requerimento para transfer\u00eancia a terceiros de ve\u00edculo adquirido com isen\u00e7\u00e3o, observado o disposto no art. 10 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.716\/2017 e no art. 11 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.769\/2017 , a qual disciplina a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da isen\u00e7\u00e3o do IPI e do IOF, na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos por pessoas com defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica, visual, mental severa ou profunda, ou autistas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo SUARA n\u00ba 2\/2020 &#8211;
