{"id":8942,"date":"2020-05-13T10:18:34","date_gmt":"2020-05-13T13:18:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=8942"},"modified":"2020-05-13T10:18:34","modified_gmt":"2020-05-13T13:18:34","slug":"tributos-e-contribuicoes-federais-previdenciaria-receita-federal-revoga-81-instrucoes-normativas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/05\/13\/tributos-e-contribuicoes-federais-previdenciaria-receita-federal-revoga-81-instrucoes-normativas\/","title":{"rendered":"TRIBUTOS E CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES FEDERAIS\/PREVIDENCI\u00c1RIA &#8211; RECEITA FEDERAL REVOGA 81 INSTRU\u00c7\u00d5ES NORMATIVAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por meio da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.949\/2020 , a Secretaria da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB), revogou 81 instru\u00e7\u00f5es normativas, publicadas no per\u00edodo de 1983 a 2016, as quais j\u00e1 n\u00e3o produziam mais efeitos legais.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A medida faz parte do Projeto Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o, que busca adequar o estoque regulat\u00f3rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da redu\u00e7\u00e3o, revis\u00e3o e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de normas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo a RFB, o Projeto Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da Receita Federal inscreve-se em uma iniciativa maior projetada pelo Governo Federal, que determinou que os \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Executivo efetuassem a revis\u00e3o de suas normas atrav\u00e9s do Decreto n\u00ba 10.139\/2019, em vigor desde 03.02.2020. A meta do \u00f3rg\u00e3o \u00e9 encerrar a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de suas normas at\u00e9 junho de 2021, simplificando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, trazendo assim mais seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para os cidad\u00e3os, que ter\u00e3o um sistema de regramento mais simples, bem como assegurar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de lit\u00edgios com o saneamento das normas.
