Assim, elas continuar\u00e3o recolhendo a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria sobre a receita bruta, com al\u00edquota de 1,5%, ap\u00f3s 2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta, do deputado La\u00e9rcio Oliveira (PP-SE), tramita na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Atualmente, a Lei 12.546\/11, estabelece a desonera\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2020. Depois dessa data, as empresas devem voltar a contribuir sobre 20% da folha de pagamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Oliveira afirmou que algumas portarias do Minist\u00e9rio da Economia prorrogaram o prazo de recolhimento da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria e do pagamento de impostos federais de empresas enquadradas no Simples Nacional por tr\u00eas meses como resposta \u00e0 pandemia de Covid-19.
