O normativo, aprovado pelo Pleno do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) na sexta-feira (17), permite que os \u00f3rg\u00e3os colegiados do tribunal realizem, em car\u00e1ter excepcional, sess\u00f5es de julgamento por videoconfer\u00eancia. A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m determina a retomada da contagem dos prazos processuais a partir de 4 de maio. Eles estavam suspensos at\u00e9 30 de abril, como definido na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o STJ\/GP 6.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Desde o an\u00fancio da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) classificando a Covid-19 como pandemia, o tribunal editou cinco resolu\u00e7\u00f5es \u2013 Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es STJ\/GP 4, 5, 6, 8 e 9 \u2013 com medidas para evitar a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do novo coronav\u00edrus e manter os seus servi\u00e7os em funcionamento por meio de trabalho remoto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 9, as sess\u00f5es por videoconfer\u00eancia devem ocorrer at\u00e9 31 de maio, mas o prazo poder\u00e1 ser prorrogado pela presid\u00eancia do STJ, conforme a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do quadro da pandemia. As primeiras sess\u00f5es por videoconfer\u00eancia das turmas acontecer\u00e3o em 5 de maio.
