DOU 1 de 15.04.2020 &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em decorr\u00eancia da pandemia da doen\u00e7a pelo Coronav\u00edrus 2019 (COVID-19), a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.938\/2020 alterou a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.548\/2015 , que trata sobre o Cadastro de Pessoas F\u00edsicas (CPF), passando a vigorar acrescido do art. 37-A, o qual disp\u00f5e que os atos cadastrais previstos nos incisos I a VI do art. 2\u00ba (inscri\u00e7\u00e3o da pessoa f\u00edsica; altera\u00e7\u00e3o de dados cadastrais; indica\u00e7\u00e3o de pend\u00eancia de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o; suspens\u00e3o da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o; regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral; e cancelamento da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o), praticados durante o per\u00edodo de 20.03.2020 a 29.05.2020, podem ser efetivados, de of\u00edcio, pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria e cientificados ao interessado, quando cab\u00edvel, por meio do &#8220;Comprovante de Situa\u00e7\u00e3o Cadastral&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m das solicita\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nos anexos III (CPF &#8211; Atendimento no Brasil) e IV (CPF &#8211; Atendimento no Exterior) da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.548\/2015, os pedidos para que sejam praticados os atos cadastrais e para obten\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es citadas no art. 23 da referida norma poder\u00e3o ser recepcionados pelos meios virtuais dispon\u00edveis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.938\/2020 &#8211;
