DOM S\u00e3o Paulo de 03.04.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A partir de 13.04.2020, os prestadores dos servi\u00e7os desenquadrados do regime de sociedade uniprofissional (SUP), poder\u00e3o emir Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7o Eletr\u00f4nica (NFS-e) consolidada por incid\u00eancia, referente a per\u00edodos anteriores \u00e0 data em que ocorreu o desenquadramento retroativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A emiss\u00e3o de NFS-e consolidada dispensa o prestador de servi\u00e7o de retificar as notas fiscais emitidas incorretamente com c\u00f3digo de servi\u00e7o relativo \u00e0 SUP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">E no caso de reenquadramento retroativo, para o regime de sociedades uniprofissionais, ap\u00f3s a emiss\u00e3o da NFS-e consolidada, cabe ao pr\u00f3prio contribuinte retificar sua declara\u00e7\u00e3o na forma e prazo definidos em normativos e manuais, podendo, ainda, cancelar a NFS-e consolidada, respeitados requisitos exigidos, desde que toda a receita declarada tenha sido fundamentada com a emiss\u00e3o de NFS-e com c\u00f3digo de servi\u00e7o relativo \u00e0 SUP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por fim, dever\u00e3o ser observadas as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es descritas no Manual de Acesso Pessoa Jur\u00eddica &#8211; NFS-e, dispon\u00edvel no endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico <a href=\"http:\/\/nfpaulistana.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\">http:\/\/nfpaulistana.prefeitura.sp.gov.br<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SF\/Surem n\u00ba 5\/2020 &#8211;
