No caso, julgado em repercuss\u00e3o geral, os ministros entenderam que a imunidade tribut\u00e1ria deve alcan\u00e7ar produtos exportados indiretamente, via empresas intermedi\u00e1rias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A tese fixada foi: &#8220;A norma imunizante contida no inciso I, par\u00e1grafo 2\u00ba, do artigo 149 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, alcan\u00e7a as receitas decorrentes de opera\u00e7\u00f5es indiretas de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o caracterizadas por haver participa\u00e7\u00e3o negocial de sociedade exportadora intermedi\u00e1ria&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para o advogado que representou a trading, Eduardo Diamantino, como a decis\u00e3o repete o posicionamento do STF, &#8220;agora o setor est\u00e1 livre do encargo.
