Pelo texto, do deputado Helder Salom\u00e3o, a isen\u00e7\u00e3o valer\u00e1 por tr\u00eas meses a partir da declara\u00e7\u00e3o da emerg\u00eancia. A proposta tramita na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os tributos incluem, entre outros, o Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI) e a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Social sobre o Lucro L\u00edquido (CSLL) .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fal\u00eancia<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Helder Salom\u00e3o apresentou a proposta como resposta \u00e0 pandemia do novo coronav\u00edrus. O argumento dele \u00e9 que as medidas de conten\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00edrus, que incluem quarentenas, fechamento de fronteiras e restri\u00e7\u00f5es na circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas, podem levar principalmente as empresas menores \u00e0 fal\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cEm se tratando de uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de crise temporalmente delimitada, mas cujos efeitos ser\u00e3o sentidos por muito tempo, defendemos desonerar tais empresas, suspendendo o pagamento de tributos por um prazo para que elas possam se reestruturar ap\u00f3s a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o do faturamento e evitar as demiss\u00f5es em massa\u201d, afirma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto acrescenta a medida \u00e0 Lei do Simples Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta ainda n\u00e3o foi distribu\u00edda \u00e0s comiss\u00f5es.
