DOE SP de 13.03.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram promovidas altera\u00e7\u00f5es no Decreto n\u00ba 63.320\/2018, o qual divulga a rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos atos normativos referentes \u00e0s isen\u00e7\u00f5es, aos incentivos e aos benef\u00edcios fiscais ou financeiro-fiscais, bem como reinstitui benef\u00edcios fiscais convalidados pelo referido Decreto para incluir os itens 87 a 89 \u00e0 rela\u00e7\u00e3o, os quais disp\u00f5em sobre os seguintes segmentos e benef\u00edcios:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) aeronaves, partes e pe\u00e7as &#8211; N\u00e3o se exigir\u00e1 o estorno proporcional do cr\u00e9dito do ICMS relativo \u00e0s mercadorias beneficiadas com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de base de c\u00e1lculo prevista no art. 1\u00ba do Anexo II do RICMS;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) refei\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; N\u00e3o se exigir\u00e1 o estorno proporcional do cr\u00e9dito do ICMS relativo \u00e0s mercadorias beneficiadas com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de base de c\u00e1lculo prevista no art. 17 do Anexo II do RICMS;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) medicamentos e cosm\u00e9ticos &#8211; Sa\u00edda interestadual dos produtos classificados na posi\u00e7\u00e3o 33.06 e no c\u00f3digo 3401.11.90 Ex 01 da NBM\/SH, destinados a contribuintes, mediante aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de percentual correspondente ao valor das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es para o PIS\/Pasep e a Cofins, com manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Decreto n\u00ba 64.858\/2020 &#8211;
