O texto segue para an\u00e1lise em plen\u00e1rio com pedido de urg\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto, de autoria do senador Luiz Pastore (MDB-ES) e do deputado Marco Bertaiolli (PSD-SP), respectivamente presidente e relator da comiss\u00e3o mista da Medida Provis\u00f3ria (MP) 899\/2019, regulamenta a transa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria prevista no C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A MP foi aprovada na comiss\u00e3o mista em 19 de fevereiro e aguarda vota\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara e depois no Senado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo o senador Jorginho Mello (PL-SC), relator do projeto na CAE, permitir a transa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria para micro e pequenas empresas exige edi\u00e7\u00e3o de lei complementar para a sua regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso, ficou fora do texto da medida provis\u00f3ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se o instituto n\u00e3o for regulamentado para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Simples Nacional, somente 30% das empresas poder\u00e3o fazer transa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria.
