{"id":7316,"date":"2020-03-11T10:44:32","date_gmt":"2020-03-11T13:44:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=7316"},"modified":"2020-03-11T10:44:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-11T13:44:32","slug":"icms-confaz-divulga-convenios-que-tratam-de-beneficios-fiscais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/03\/11\/icms-confaz-divulga-convenios-que-tratam-de-beneficios-fiscais\/","title":{"rendered":"ICMS &#8211; CONFAZ DIVULGA CONV\u00caNIOS QUE TRATAM DE BENEF\u00cdCIOS FISCAIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Despacho Confaz n\u00ba 11\/2020 &#8211; DOU 1 de 11.03.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram divulgados os Conv\u00eanios ICMS n\u00bas 14 e 15\/2020, que disp\u00f5em sobre remiss\u00e3o e anistia de d\u00e9bitos e redu\u00e7\u00e3o da base de c\u00e1lculo nas sa\u00eddas de laborat\u00f3rio did\u00e1tico m\u00f3vel, conforme segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 14\/2020 &#8211; autoriza o Estado da Para\u00edba a conceder benef\u00edcio fiscal relacionado com ICMS e disp\u00f5e sobre a remiss\u00e3o e a anistia de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios, constitu\u00eddos ou n\u00e3o, na forma que especifica;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 15\/2020 &#8211; revigora e prorroga disposi\u00e7\u00f5es do Conv\u00eanio ICMS n\u00ba 23\/2005, que autoriza o Estado de Santa Catarina a reduzir a base de c\u00e1lculo nas sa\u00eddas de laborat\u00f3rio did\u00e1tico m\u00f3vel.
